At Shrine of Hollywood, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your unique fashion pieces. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to receive an authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any perfume, smoke, or signs of wear.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Hollywood studio, then drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
